ABS AVIATOR PROGRAM

New ABS AVIATORs:

William Runyon, Fort Worth, TX, earned 150 points by completing his multiengine instructor rating and attending SIMCOM.

Robert Warren, Pomona Park, FL, attended BPPP and Advanced Pilot Seminars, and also completed nine AOPA courses for 210 total points.

 

New Level 2 ABS AVIATOR:

Jerry Gereghty, Duluth, GA, attended BPPP to include the extended preflight inspection, and completed an AOPA online course to total 100 points.

 

New Level 3 ABS AVIATOR:

John Borgman, Byron Center, MI, earned 100 points by completing Master-level FAA WINGS and six AOPA online courses.

 

New Level 4 ABS AVIATOR:

.Ron Arnold, Big Canoe, GA, completed 10 AOPA Air Safety Foundation courses to earn 100 points.

 

And our second Level 5 ABS AVIATOR:

Gene Korney, Culver City, California, earned his flight instructor certificate and completed BPPP, for 160 points.

ABS AVIATOR encourages pilots to improve their skills by completing training beyond the minimum required for currency or a job.  Training programs qualify for ABS AVIATOR points based on the effort necessary to complete the course and its applicability to flying Beech airplanes.  You must earn at least 100 points in one year to become ABS AVIATORS.  You can earn ABS AVIATOR recognition five times, or levels (one each year); earn ABS AVIATOR a sixth time and you'll be designated a lifetime ABS MASTER AVIATOR.
