I would like to know if there are any specific external surfaces (wing and fuselage skins, ailerons, flaps, elevators, stabilizers etc.) on A36 that are made of magnesium alloys )

The serial numbers you listed are still Magnesium elevators only. All other flight controls are Aluminum. The first Aluminum elevator skins was installed on S/N 4032.
There is an STC that allows the installation of Aluminum skins on ALL of the straight tail Barons and Bonanzas.
