Does anyone know how to access either the information, or the actual Raytheon kit to change over the old style, 35-921171, to the newer style, 35-924230? I have to change it over because I am running an E225-8 now.

Also, if anyone has any information on the electronic boost pump STC, I would truely love to see it.

Thanks for your help

E-Series expert Lew Gage often chimes in on the ABS Member Forum, so he may be able to answer your question about the wobble pump. If not, our ABS Technical Advisors also check the Forum and should be able to help you.

The Warren James STC for installing an emergency electric fuel boost pump in E-Series Bonanzas is no longer supported or available.

But... the FAA is very supportive of any aircraft improvement which enhances safety. The aux electric fuel pump is a huge safety item. I think any good IA could slide that one through as a field engineering approval.

True, Steve, if the IA completes the one-time modification approval process and the local Flight Standards District Office is willing to sign it off it may be possible to add the emergency backup electric auxiliary fuel pump at an E-series Bonanza. It's not an easy STC process like it used to be, however.

I wholeheartedly agree that it wold be a significant safety improvement for engine-driven pump failure compared to the manual wobble pump.

Thanks for the feedback, Guys. I wonder if anyone has any of the paperwork from the original STC that I could use as a template to get started on the 337 process?

Also, I have located, and have enroute, the 35-924230 hand pump, so that I can develop full 225 on takeoff. Does anyone know which port on the 230 connects to which tank? I want to make sure we dont put the wrong line at the wrong place.

I have all that is available, maint manual, parts manual, etc., but there is nothing I can find with this info.
