I have an aux tank. The cap that is on it doesn't seal. I can move a cap from a wing to the aux tank and it seals but the cap doesn't seal the wing tank. Is a new cap available or is there something I can do to repair the cap? I'm a new Bonanza owner. Thanks.
One of the gas caps on my Bonanza doesn't seal properly. Where can I get a replacement or what can I do to get it to seal?

The first thing I would suggest is to replace the seal on the outside of the cab and the seal around the handle shaft.
The outer seal is MS29513-232
The shaft seal is MS29513-010

If you have a D35 then you have the thermos jug type caps.
You can tighten it by adding a washer on top of the cap under the cam.
If that doesn't work, Performance Aero has replacement fluorosilicone replacement seals.
If you don't like the price of those, check out Aircraft Spruce part #05-18402. If you go with these, you will have to grind off the cams a little to clear the lid over the fuel caps.
