Fuel Drain Grommet Part Number

I've got this fuel drain located on the inner fuselage that is missing a grommet on the passenger side. The hole where the grommet is missing goes through to the floor by the passengers feet making it extra cold this time of year. I've tried to locate the part number to replace it in the parts catalog but it is difficult to visualize where this is on the parts catalog. What is the best place to find a part number for this grommet? Also, upon finding the grommet part, is there anything special about installing it like heating the rubber to fit it over the drain side posts?
Thanks

It's going to be either an MS35489-6(AN931-4-7) or -7(AN931-4-12)

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

I think the MS35489-6 is too small. The 1-view IPC for the first Baron book doesn't have it in the fuel distribution or skin sections. Went to try to find where all the CCA1550 valves are, but no numerical index either! I'll probably be going by my office in the morning and I'll try checking the paper parts book.

(Power outage at home this morning, so off to the shop - OK, I got lazy yesterday...)

Could not find in the IPC, many times this sort of thing is absent. The valve that goes in the crossfeed drain is a CCA4850 (same size as the CCA1550), has a 1/8 NPT thread, so the grommet hole needs to be 7/16" (0.4125). If the hole in the skin is 0.688, an MS35489-13 will work nicely - but the valve would need to be removed for installation of the grommet, then reinstall / replace the valve. Some folks will split the grommet and try to cheat on installation, that generally isn't all that successful.

Note in the photo the left side isn't all that great either.

Merry Christmas.

Thanks Mike for posting on Christmas Day. I will do this replacement of both sides to complete the cleanup. Thanks for the directions. Looks like a pretty straightforward job other than the fuel.
Merry Christmas
