Is there an STC for landing light installation on the front gear for the older Bonanzas?

No STC needed. It's a minor alteration to upgrade to newer options. Find a donor airplane for the bracket, add a wire and panel switch, and I suggest an LED light for low current draw. Make a logbook entry and you're done.
