fuel moving from right side to left

after installing 2 new engines i have a fuel transferring problem appproximately 3 gallons an hour are moving from right to left tanks, already changed both selector valves, there is a crossover tube near valves i believe thats how fuel is moving, could to high of fuel flow on right engine be the problem maybe to much return fuel. any ideas much appreciated.

James;

Sounds like we can remove the selector valves from the situation, but that is really the only connection between the two sides.

You mentioned too high of fuel flow on the right as a potential problem. Are you showing 3 gal higher on the right? if so, that is why there appears to be 3 gal appearing in the left tanks, simply due to additional return (not being used) from the left. ( The pumps will pump "X" gal an hour at constant speed, each side.)

Were the engine fuel systems set up in accordance with the M&O as part of the installation? Engine instruments calibration checked?
