Wing puncture repair

Hello! Paint shop accidentally dropped a tool resulting in a wing puncture. Wondering if there’s any guidance on repair options. They are proposing a general dollar dime patch repair under general repair AC 43 13-1B but I have concerns with the proximity to the wing spar and ribs (see photo) there’s nothing in the SRM for this area. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

This is a non- structural area of the wing. A 43.13 small skin patch will work fine.

I would incorporate that diagonal rivet line in the repair patch. Removes any concerns about edge distance and would look more professional. What the heck did they drop?

The diagonal rivet line is the issue. Just aft of that line is a flange on the gusset that is held by that rivet line. By looking at the photo, perimeter rivets on the dollar would be spaced quite a way from the edge of the dime.

Taylor: Where is the aircraft located? A visit by a Beech experienced sheet-metal repairman might be in order, for a consultation.
