G35 Ruddervator Painting

Thanks again to Bob Ripley for speaking with me about getting ruddervators painted.
I still have a few questions.

1) i am thinking since the pair i purchased are in California to have them shipped to Briggs(if i can strike a deal) then have them ship to me for install in Tennessee. Comments on both Brighs and plan please.
2) Bob mentioned where the clocking numbers for the horns was located but i failed retain that info.
3) i took a look at my old pair and they have stamped numbers on plated just aft of the horns. They both start with 44 and end with a L o R but do not match my sereil number of the aircraft. See attached pics. What are these numbers. My IA says Textron does not know.
4) any other recommendations for paint shop that are knowledgeable of proper painting magnesium closer to me near me in either AL, GA, TN, even AR. Any info on the best shop in Mena, AR?

Thanks ahead for any help!!

Its common for serial numbers of control surfaces to not match that of the airframe. As for the L and R, that simply means its eithe rthe Left or Right ruddervator.

Biggs is an excellent choice.
