Course Description

Attendees will:

1. Have increased awareness of the reasons why pilots might tend to delay important decisions.
2. Learn the about need to establish “Decision Gates” at critical points during a flight.
3. Explore how to establish these “Gates” and where they should be.

Presenter
Gene Benson is a nationally known aviation safety specialist. Having given more than 8,000 hours of dual instruction in general aviation airplanes, he has been an instructor for a major domestic airline, consultant to domestic and international airlines, flight school owner, executive VP of a major international flight academy, and Dean of Aeronautics of an aviation college. He is also a FAASTeam Lead Representative. Gene’s specialty is human factors and he consults on error reduction methods for companies in various industries.
