Easily Remembering Emergency Procedures
Course Description
Every Beech Pilot’s Operating Handbook includes a long list of Emergency Procedures checklists, each with multiple steps and additional warnings, cautions and notes. The sheer volume of information makes studying and remembering what to do in an emergency a difficult and daunting task. There are many commonalities among the emergency checklists, that make it far easier to remember them. This program will cover:
- The difference between emergency and abnormal conditions
- How to evaluate emergency checklists to determine which items must be memorized
- Common elements of multiple emergency checklists
- Substantially reducing what you need to recall from memory
- A technique for learning and refreshing emergency memory items
