Course Description
What does it mean to fly a “stabilized approach” in the context of Beech piston airplanes?
In this presentation we will cover:
- The advantages of and considerations for flying stabilized approaches
- “By the numbers” flying for instrument and visual approaches
- The “Rule of 10s” for increased accuracy on an approach
- Whether, when and how to use flaps in an approach
- Tips for increased accuracy on approach
